The best way to create group bookings is with the Collective meeting type.

Instead of spending a lot of time trying to figure out what meeting time works best for everyone in a group booking, the Collective meeting instantly looks at the connected calendars of each team member to determine times when every participant in the group booking is available.

Alternatively, you can also add more participants when making a booking or after a booking was already made to facilitate a group booking with invited participants that are outside of your team.

To make a group booking, log into your MeetFox account.

Select Meetings Types from the left-side panel of your MeetFox dashboard. From the drop-down menu, choose Edit Meeting Types.

Select + Add a meeting type to create a new meeting type.

Choose the Collective meeting type.

Under the Select team members field, toggle the team members you want to add to the Collective meeting.

When you're done editing your meeting type settings, save your changes.

Go to Teams and select Team Page from the drop-down menu to open up your team page settings.

Use the Share page button to copy or the copy button next to the team page link to copy the link to your team booking page.

Alternatively, you can go to Meeting Types -> Edit Meeting Types and click on the Copy link button of the meeting type you created for your group booking.

You can find out more on how to organize your personal and team bookings with meeting types. Our Guide to MeetFox is also a great place to help you customize your workflow.
