Yes, while we are building on a more elegant solution to add multiple participants to scheduled calls, there is a workaround to already invite people to scheduled meetings right now.

This is how to do it:

Step 1:

Go to "Meeting Rooms" and create a meeting room for multiple participants. You can create meeting rooms for up to 16 participants. Click on "Copy Link" to save it for the next step.

Step 2: Go to "Settings" and then "Meeting Types". Click on "Edit" on one (or all) of your Meeting Types and Select "Online meeting via an external tool" as "Location".

Once this is done, a field to enter the video link to the external tool appears. This is where you can copy-paste your newly created Meeting Room Link. Your clients will receive this link via email whenever booking a meeting with you, which will redirect them to the meeting room. This link can be shared with up to 16 people (depending on your settings) allowing you to add more participants to the call.
