You can now easily create an email signature with a booking button that helps you get more bookings with your leads which often translates to higher client conversion rates. You will also save a ton of time by eliminating the back and forth when organizing meetings through emails.


Log in to your MeetFox dashboard and select Integrations from the left sidebar.

Scroll to the Email signature section and choose the supported email service provider where you would like to add your email signature.

Customize your signature with your name and email. Adjust the text that will go into your booking button under the Button title, and change the Button color to your brand color.

You may (optionally) include your profession/company role, phone number, and website link.

Copy your signature and paste it into the email signature settings of your preferred email service provider.
