Currently, our invoicing processor does not have the ability to remove tax before being charged. That said, if you are tax-exempt you can follow these steps:
Purchase your subscription or add-on package
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com from the e-mail of your account incl. the reasons for your tax-exemption and your business ID.
We will refund the tax to you, which may take up to 14 days.
Note: This process currently needs to be completed each time you make a new purchase. But don’t worry - we’re working with our payment partner to make this process more seamless in the future.
