MeetFox will check against your calendar when displaying your available times during the booking process. Integrate MeetFox with your calendar to ensure you're never double-booked.

MeetFox currently supports the following calendar integrations:

You can sync multiple calendars to a single MeetFox account. The MeetFox calendar integration is currently a one-way sync which means bookings made through MeetFox will be updated to your calendar, but changes in your connected calendar, such as canceled or rescheduled calendar events, will not affect your MeetFox bookings.

MeetFox also sets your first connected calendar as your primary calendar, which will receive updates from your MeetFox bookings. Subsequent calendar connections will also be looked into to determine your availability, but will not receive calendar updates.

Calendar Integration

To get started on your calendar integration log into your MeetFox account.

Select Integrations from the left-side panel of your MeetFox dashboard.

Select the calendar you want to connect under the Calendars section of the integration options listed.

Integrate with Google calendar

Select Google calendar from the list of calendar options displayed in Calendar Integrations.

You will be prompted to sign in to your Google account, or If you have more than one Google account, you will be prompted to select which Google account you want to connect with MeetFox.

Connect your preferred Google account and then select allow to grant MeetFox permission to access and make changes to your Google calendar.

You can then further customize which calendars associated with your connected Google calendar will be checked against to help determine your availability.

Once you've successfully connected your first Google Calendar, you will then have the option to connect a second Google calendar below that.

Integrate with Outlook calendar

Select Outlook calendar from the list of calendar options displayed in Calendar Integrations.

You will be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account, or If you have more than one Microsoft account, you will be prompted to select which Microsoft account you want to connect with MeetFox.

Connect your preferred Microsoft account and then select allow to grant MeetFox permission to access and make changes to your outlook calendars.

Integrate with Microsoft Exchange calendar

Microsoft Exchange is a service provided with either a standalone Exchange Online account or a Microsoft 365 account (formerly, Office 365).

Microsoft Exchange accounts are usually associated with a work or school email account, but may also be associated with another email address provider such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail.

NB: MeetFox is compatible with Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2017, and 2019.

To connect your MS Exchange calendar, select Microsoft Exchange calendar from the list of calendar options displayed in Calendar Integrations.

Enter in your username, password, and exchange server hostname.

How to get Microsoft Exchange Server settings

If you don't know your server information, ask tech support at your company or from your web hosting provider, or you can check your own Outlook settings:

  • (iPhone) in Outlook, open Settings, select Accounts, and choose Exchange.

  • (Mac) in Outlook, open Preferences, then Accounts, and choose Exchange.
