Yes, you can customize the reminders that are sent to your clients for each meeting.
You can adjust how far in advance your reminders are sent to both you and your clients.
To get started, log into your MeetFox dashboard and select Meeting Types from the left sidebar. Then choose Edit Meeting Types from the dropdown menu.
Select the Settings Menu of the meeting type you would like to add a buffer to and then choose Edit.
Open the Advanced settings tab and toggle the Break between meetings menu.
You can adjust the Reminder sent time to between 1 - 48 hrs prior to the meeting time.
By default, you and your meeting participants will receive email reminders. You can also enable text reminders (SMS).
